Terms & Conditions for Return

You can request your return within 15 days from the date of your order.
Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you will have to place a new order.
We will process your request as soon as we have received your package and you will receive an confirmation email notification shortly afterwards.
Send the approved products ONLY when they have been approved by us in the confirmation email.
If unapproved items are sent as well, we will retain them (no refunds) and you will have to pay for shipping them back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that do not meet the return criteria.
You can expect a refund within 14 days of processing your return.
