What materials are our products made from?
We offer a diverse range of products crafted from various materials. All items are nickel and lead-free, ensuring they are safe and hypoallergenic. The base metals we use in our jewelry include copper and stainless steel.
Our gold-plated jewelry is made with 14k gold. The thickness of the gold plating varies across different products, but with proper care, the plating remains intact for an extended period.
Our stainless-steel items are made of 316L stainless steel, which retains its color for up to 1 year of regular use. Our Premium Collection features thicker plating and enhanced durability for even longer-lasting wear.
Can the jewelry be worn for exercise?
Our
jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials and retains its shine
well. However, we recommend not wearing our jewelry during exercise
or while showering, as the pH of water and sweat may adversely affect
the items, potentially causing discoloration.

What happens after I order?
Once
your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order
confirmation email. If your payment is received before 12:00 PM
Berlin time on a business day, we will ship your order the same day.
How can I edit/change my order?
Please carefully review
the items in your shopping cart, along with the payment method and
shipping address, before placing your order. Once your order is
placed, we are unable to make any changes to it.
If
you wish to add additional items, you will need to place a new order.

you want to cancel your order entirely, please send an email to

What payment methods does Dottilove offer?
Dottilove offers convenient payment options for customers from different countries. Available payment methods include PayPal, Giropay, credit card payments, iDEAL, Bancontact, and SEPA direct debit.
How much does the shipment cost?
Shipping
costs are €4.90 within Germany and €10 for mainland Europe.
Shipping is free for orders over €50.
Will my order/package be sent the same day?
If you place and pay for your order before 12:00 PM (noon) from Monday to Friday, your package will be dispatched on the same day. Please note that there is no shipping on weekends and public holidays. However, due to high order volumes, some packages may be dispatched the following day instead of the same day.
How long will it take before I receive my package?
We
use DHL to ship your orders, and delivery times are based on DHL’s
official estimates. Generally, delivery within Germany takes 2-3
days, and within Europe, it takes approximately one week.
How can I track my order?
Once
your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a
tracking link for your package. You can use this link to track your
package in real-time.
What is Dottilove's return policy?
We offer a 14-day unconditional return policy from the date of receipt. Please click this link to complete our return form. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please ensure that the returned items are in their original packaging and with labels intact, as any damage that affects the possibility of resale will render the return invalid. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for items that have been worn.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items and confirm that there are no issues, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
