Payment, Shipping & Returns
We offer standard shipping to all European countries via DHL. Once your order is shipped you will get a confirmation email along with a tracking code and an estimated date of delivery.

Processing Time
Normal delivery within Europe usually takes 2-4 working days. Due to the impact of Holidays the current delivery might be delayed for a few days.
Same Day Shipping
Orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm between Monday and Friday will be dispatched on the same day. There is no shipment during the weekends and holidays. However it is possible that due to numerous orders some packages will be send out the next day instead of same day.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping rate depending on the country of delivery. The shipping rate also depends on the weight of the package. A package can weigh up to 30 kgs. within the flat shipping rate. We also offer free shipping for a minimum order value. See the table below for minimum order values eligible for free shipping.

Return Policy
We carefully inspect all of our products for manufacturing defects before shipment. However, in rare cases, an item may be damaged during transport or arrive defective. Please note: Claims can only be considered for items that already had a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery or were damaged due to transport. Damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or external influences after delivery is excluded from warranty coverage.
If items are delivered broken or wrong products have been added to the order...
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the goods by email at info@dottilove.de.
Please make sure to include the following information in your message:
- your order or invoice number
- the item name and/or item number
- clear photos of the defective or incorrectly delivered item
After reviewing your request, we will inform you of the next steps (replacement, refund, or return).
In case you do not like the purchased items and would want to return them,
If you do not like the items you have purchased, you may return them to us within the scope of your right of withdrawal.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
– Only unworn and unused items will be accepted.
– Returns must be sent back in the complete original packaging (including card and intact protective or plastic packaging).
– Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted without the complete original packaging.
Hygiene Notice:
Jewelry items—especially earrings—are considered hygiene products. If the packaging has been opened or damaged, it cannot be ruled out that the item has been worn. For hygiene reasons, such items are excluded from return.
Return Process
Please complete our return form within 15 days of receiving the goods.
To do so, log in to your customer account and select “Return Form.”
Please provide all relevant information about the items you wish to return and attach photos of the products. After reviewing your request, you will receive a confirmation email from us with further return instructions.
Please do not send the goods back until you have received this confirmation.
Shipping Costs
We will cover the cost of the return shipment.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice with the return package and clearly mark the returned items. Returns cannot be processed without an enclosed and clearly identified invoice.
Promotional sale items is not eligible for return or exchange.
Once we verify your request, we will send a confirmation email to you.
We offer the options of

- a new replacement delivered with your next order.
The refund money will be returned to the debited account within 7 working days.
